The Ridge offers an expansive lounge space, as well as a beautiful outdoor rooftop garden/patio, that is perfect for any social gathering. Our outside deck offers guests outside seating, as well as a scenic patio overlooking central Jack London Square complete with a palm tree-studded view, overlooking The Bay. The Ridge space also features:

  • 6 HDTVs (with HDMI capability) as well as close proximity to over 60 interactive games
  • Capacity: 90 guests reception style, (45 seated)
Our largest private event space, The Boardroom, is equipped with music, 6 private boutique bowling lanes, 2 billiards tables, full bar with over 20 craft beers on tap, 3-15 foot projectors, over 15 TVs, private entrance, ample lounge seating and a beautiful rooftop garden with patio overlooking the Bay with fire pit.

YES! While we offer several event menus that are sure to please all your guests, we can mix and match menus and incorporate additional a la carte items to create the perfect menu for your event.
Of course! Please mention these requirements and allergies when planning your menu so we can work with our Chef to make the appropriate accommodations.
Absolutely! plank can accommodate groups as large as 1,500 at a time! We can’t think of a better way to celebrate- than with ALL the fun we have to offer!
We love a good theme! You are welcome to bring in decorations to help set the mood for your event. Please discuss these arrangements with our team during the planning process so we can offer suggestions and provide assistance to any 3rd party vendors that may be used. We cannot allow glitter, confetti, or silly string, however. With the exception of a professional, bakery-made cake for special occasions, we do not allow outside food or food vendors. Again, please mention any plans for this with our team to ensure that proper accommodations are made.
As soon as possible! The sooner you lock-in your event- with a signed contract and 50% deposit- the better! This will confirm and guarantee your event. Menu choices, head counts, and event add-ons may still be updated at a later date, of course.

This is the perfect opportunity to discuss things like food station arrangements, entertainment options and event timing, décor details, day-of arrival and set-up, and 3rd party vendor recommendations.
